Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within South Africa.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 working day of being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Exceptions: As a small team, we occasionally take a break from the office and thus cannot fulfill orders immediately. 
When this is the case we will put a banner on the home page as well as a note on the shipping options to identify when orders will be shipped, and what delays can be expected.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service. Our estimated delivery timeframe is:
    Major cities: 3-5 working days from order processing
    Outlying areas: 5-7 working days from order processing
Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Ordinary shipping is R70, and you will receive free shipping on orders over R1000.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.

Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
