Returns Policy – South Africa

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, in compliance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), certain returns may be valid for up to six months, as outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is meets the above criteria, you can opt to return it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that unless the product is defective upon receipt, all returns will be for the customer's account to cover shipping, and the original shipping amount will not be refunded.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Under the CPA, all goods carry an implied six-month warranty of quality. If a product is found to be defective within this period, you are entitled to return it for a repair, replacement, or refund. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Cooling-Off Period for Direct Marketing Purchases

If you purchased a product as a result of direct marketing, the CPA grants you a five-business-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may return the item for a full refund of the product cost, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

If goods have been altered, disassembled, or combined with other goods post-delivery, they may not be eligible for return under the CPA.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Goods Unfit for a Particular Purpose

If you informed us of a specific purpose for the goods, and we assured you they would meet that purpose, but they fail to do so, you have ten business days to return them for a full refund, at our expense. Please be sure to read the description of each product before your purchase to ensure that it will suit your needs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Important Notice

The CPA does not grant consumers the right to return goods simply due to a change of mind. Such returns are at the discretion of the supplier. If we do accept a return for this reason, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
